Doesn’t this outfit just scream fall to you?! There’s nothing I love more than getting away with leggings. Boots are so perfect to dress or spice up an outfit without looking too casual. This poncho is like a blanket. I love Halogen anything! Their cashmere is so soft, but lightweight with still being able to keep you warm. This fall I am all about comfort on the weekends so I look for anything I can throw on, but still look nice. I added some gold contrast jewelry with the silver jewelry that I normally wear since the colors all mesh so well together. Shop my outfit using the links above or the widget below:).
Happy Sunday y’all! This has been such a great weekend so far! Yesterday we got my wedding dress, went and picked out bridesmaid dress styles and colors for my girls to choose from, and went out to celebrate my brothers birthday! My mom was the cutest – she brought little champagne bottles and a bell for us to use since we knew I was getting the one i’ve had my eyes on:). At night, Tom and I had date night and went to see the movie IT. It was a good movie – I love scary movies! Today, Tom is at the bears game so it’s my time to buckle down and really choose a photographer. I’m having such FOBO once I almost nail one down. Anyone else get that?!? I’m driving my mom crazy since I won’t decide so I promised her that i’d call her today and we can talk things over and figure one out ;). It’s such a gloomy day here so it’s a perfect day to lay on the couch, research, and get some laundry done before a full week. I’m looking forward to this week because it’s our last week of soccer which means that I will actually be working 8 hour days again! (Most days :)). That’s good for blogging because i’ve been spreading myself very thing trying to fit everything in. Thank you so much to everyone who has been supporting me along the way and shopping my outfits! Tom says i’m a clothes hoarder, but I see it as a fashion addict! Positive ways to spin things:)
Have a good weekend guys!
I purchased this top during Macy’s sale, and just found it on sale at Shop Bop! I am contemplating purchasing it in white! I love free people thermals and this is so similar to their one from last year. They fit so good and are longer to cover your butt! They say they run large, but I usually order my true size so that it can be oversized to wear off the shoulder, or tuck into my jeans (gotta love the front tuck!). I paired it with dark denim so that I could add in some style with my patterned mules. These mules are to die for. I love wearing them when I am wearing plain colored outfits with not a lot of detail. Slip on and go! Shop my outfit using the links above or the widget below.
Happy Thursday! We have almost made it to the weekend. Tom and I were talking about doing some Halloween activities this weekend since next weekend I have my schools 6th grade Halloween party, and my sisters annual Halloween party on Saturday which will be our last plans before Halloween is over. Tom and I were thinking of haunted houses or hayrides, which may only turn into carving our pumpkin, and going to see the movie IT lol! Has anyone seen it yet?! I saw a picture on Instagram of someone holding popcorn and a fountain drink at the theater and I have been dying to go ever since. There’s just something so appealing about movie theater popcorn am I right?!? So I think that is what we’ll do! Do you guys have any fun plans for the weekend?!
Hey guys! I wanted to give you an Instagram round up since i’m not able to do a blog post for every outfit that I wear on a day to day basis, and I want you to be able to shop them! I linked all of the items above. Some may be sold out, but I have linked ones so similar it is the same style and would be so cute to pair together also!
I didn’t post a lot from my recent blog posts so feel free to browse those for other outfit inspiration. I did a few photoshoots this weekend and am really excited about my next few blog posts coming up! Stay tuned:)
As always I have a widget below for some of the items I linked above in addition to others from a few recent blog posts. Happy shopping!
This is probably my favorite outfit that i’ve ever done a blog post about. This top is to die for! I want it in every single color it is so comfortable and flattering. I wore it off the shoulder, but it looks cute worn not off the shoulder, too. I paired it with these distressed light wash jeans so that it makes the white pop a little more. These jeans are a dream, so comfortable and chic, and not to mention 40% off! These booties were ones my mom got for me last year from Macy’s, and they are so great for fall and winter transition pictures. They are easy to walk in and the slouchy fit around the ankle is perfect to tuck jeans into. I may be buying this top in another color you guys! I’m obsessed with bell sleeves. You can shop my outfit using the links above or the widget below.
What’s going on with you guys this weekend?!? I have no plans, which is the best because that means lots of relaxing and doing whatever comes to mind. Today I am going over to my friend Krista’s to watch some lifetime movies, and tomorrow we are having people over for football Sunday (and of course getting our Chipotle Sunday). For the wedding details, I finally found a photographer that I liked and they are a couple! Has anyone had two photographers at their wedding before? We are contemplating having a videographer, but are now unsure because we don’t know if we want three people with cameras all day long????? What do you guys think?!
Top is here
(Macy’s also has almost every color in this) on sale at both places!, bralette here

There is just something about an off shoulder tee that I love. It’s so feminine when you wear it with a bralette and your collarbone shows. It is also very very cozy! I paired it with these jeans when Tom and I went to Costco because they are so stretchy. I bought these AG jeans during the Nordstrom sale and I absolutely love them. The color matches almost everything! Shop my outfit using the links above or the widget below.
Boy has it been gloomy today – the perfect day to sit inside and edit my blog pictures from this weekend! I wore this look on Saturday when Tom and I did our Costco trip and Target trip – we are so old school! I spent my Saturday night creating our wedding website on The Knot which was fun! I’m starting to have to buckle down with wedding planning – finding a photographer is next on my list and I need to get that done ASAP. I have such a particular style that is so hard to find and ones i’m finding are already booked. I love vibrant colored photos with a documentary or candid perspective to them but close attention to detail, also. Do any of you guys have any good suggestions?!? I also don’t like big companies – just small individual or solo photographers who run their own businesses – am I being too picky?!?! 😉
